Yes — every job has a 2-hour minimum with two movers. Many small jobs (single-room, apartment unloads, furniture rearranges) finish inside the minimum. You are not charged extra if we finish faster.

A small deposit holds your date and time. You can send it via Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal on our Pay Deposit page — it goes directly to owner Deana Mullens and is applied to your final invoice.

The balance is due at the end of the job. We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and most major cards. Tips are appreciated but never required.

Life happens — call or text as soon as you know. Cancellations more than 24 hours out are no problem. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit since we've already turned away other work for your slot.

No — you rent the truck (U-Haul, Penske, Budget, or a POD). We bring the crew, dollies, straps, blankets, and hand tools. This keeps your cost lower because you're not paying us to mark up a truck rental.

Yes, at no extra cost. Beds, dressers, tables, desks — we take them apart at the origin and put them back together at the destination on the clock.

Yes — we load PODs, U-Boxes, U-Haul U-Boxes, and personal storage containers regularly. We pack them tight to protect your belongings in transit.

Upright pianos and standard gun safes, yes — call us with weight, dimensions, and stair count so we can crew appropriately. Grand pianos and hot tubs typically require a specialty rigger; we'll tell you upfront if a job is outside our scope.

By law we can't move hazardous materials such as propane tanks, gasoline, ammunition, aerosols, or chemicals. We also ask that you move firearms, cash, jewelry, and important documents yourself.
